Governor

Lieutenant Governor Mike Kehoe won the Republican nomination with 39% of the vote. He will
face off against House Minority Floor Leader Crystal Quade, who won the Democratic
nomination.

Lieutenant Governor

David Wasinger, a St. Louis attorney, beat Senate Appropriations Chair Lincoln Hough by 1%
to secure the Republican nomination. Representative Richard Brown of Kansas City is the
Democratic nominee.

Secretary of State

With only 24% of the Republican vote, Senator Denny Hoskins is the Republican nominee and
will compete against Representative Barbara Phifer for Secretary of State.

Treasurer

Incumbent Vivek Malek decidedly won the Republican nomination with 41% of the vote and will face Mark Osmack, a veteran who works in government affairs, who ran unopposed on the
Democratic ticket.

Attorney General

With 63% of the Republican vote, incumbent Attorney General Andrew Bailey will compete
with Democrat attorney Elad Gross who also ran unopposed.

Missouri Senate

Several Senate districts had competitive primaries this year. Of those, the following won their
place on the November ballot: Speaker Pro Tem Mike Henderson, Representative Patty Lewis,
Joe Nicola, Senator Angela Mosley, Former Representative David Gregory, Representative
Kurtis Gregory, Representative Adam Schnelting, Representative Jamie Burger, Senator Rick
Brattin, Representative Brad Hudson, and former Representative Stephen Webber.

Missouri House of Representatives

While numerous representatives did not face a competitive primary, five incumbents lost their
seats. Representatives Lisa Thomas, Chris Sander, Tony Lovasco, Kyle Marquart, and Gary
Bonacker will not be returning in January.

U.S. Senate

Senator Josh Hawley was unopposed in his Republican primary and will be running against
Lucas Kunce, who won the Democratic nomination.

U.S. House of Representatives

Two Congressional districts had especially competitive primaries. In CD1, Prosecutor Wesley
Bell beat incumbent Cori Bush and in CD3 former Senator Bob Onder beat another former
Senator, Kurt Schaefer.

Ballot Initiatives

Two constitutional measures were one the ballot. One regarding a property tax exemption for
child care providers failed while the other regarding Kansas City police funding passed.
