Pam Lokken is Vice Chancellor for Government & Community Relations at Washington University in St. Louis. She leads a team that oversees the university’s federal, state, local governmental and community affairs initiatives.
Ms. Lokken has extensive experience engaging at all levels of government and with associated legislative bodies, executive branch departments, and regulatory agencies. She works with many associations and advocacy coalitions. Among her areas of public policy specialization are scientific research, health care, higher education, and tax policy.
Ms. Lokken earned her master’s degrees in public policy and in political science from the University of Michigan. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in international studies from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
